保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Beta-adrenergic receptors (Beta-1 adrenoreceptor) mediate the catecholamine-induced activation of adenylate cyclase through the action of G proteins. This receptor binds epinephrine and norepinephrine with approximay equal affinity. Subcellular location cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Homologous desensitization of the receptor is mediated by its phosphorylation by beta-adrenergic receptor kinase. Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.

Function:

Subunit:
Interacts with GOPC, MAGI3 and DLG4.

Subcellular Location:
Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Note=Localized at the plasma membrane. Found in the Golgi upon GOPC overexpression.

β1腎上腺素能受體（Beta-adrenergic Receptor-1 ）在接受交感神經(jīng)節(jié)后纖維支配的各種器官中存在著與腎上腺素、*起反應(yīng)的受體，稱為腎上腺素能受體。其化學(xué)性質(zhì)尚不清楚。用對(duì)藥物反應(yīng)的方法，腎上腺素能受體可分為α及β兩個(gè)類型。腎上腺素對(duì)α、β及D型受體均起作用，而*主要對(duì)α型起作用。
β1AR所引起的反應(yīng)為支氣管擴(kuò)張、血管擴(kuò)張等，腎上腺素受體可被β13，4－dichloroisoproterenol（D－CI）等阻斷藥物所抑制。
