保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

nti-F-ATEXPA10抗體延長(zhǎng)蛋白 extensin是存在于植物細(xì)胞壁中的羥*（Hyp）占有高比例的糖蛋白。細(xì)胞壁中含達(dá)2—10％，Hyp占構(gòu)成蛋白質(zhì)的氨基酸的20％以上，在其他蛋白質(zhì)中則*（Ser）的含量高。由于可以控制植物細(xì)胞的伸展（ex-tersion），故稱為伸展蛋白。在生長(zhǎng)旺盛的幼齡期的細(xì)胞中含量少，生長(zhǎng)速度遲緩時(shí)含量增加，因而認(rèn)為具有對(duì)細(xì)胞壁不易伸展的作用。其蛋白質(zhì)部分具有－ser－Hyp－Hyp－Hyp－Hyp的氨基酸序列，Hyp殘基許多有3—4個(gè)阿拉伯糖所構(gòu)成的寡糖；而Ser殘基許多具有1—2個(gè)半乳糖。*羥化是在肽合成后進(jìn)行，催化此過程的肽基*羥化酶需要二價(jià)鐵離子，可被鐵離子絡(luò)合劑的a′－dipyridyl 所抑制。肽的*羥化后，細(xì)胞器的糖鏈結(jié)合，被分泌到細(xì)胞外，納入細(xì)胞壁中。
