儲 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 background:
Apolipoprotein A II is the second most abundant protein of the high density lipoprotein particles. The apolipoprotein A II gene consists of 4 exons and 3 introns. The four exons encode the 5' untranslated region, pre peptide, a short N terminal domain and a C terminal domain composed of a variable number of lipid binding amphipathic helices. Familial apolipoprotein A II deficiency may result from a splice junction alteration which blocks splicing of intron 3 from the primary transcript and result in the formation of a non functional mRNA.

Function:
May stabilize HDL (high density lipoprotein) structure by its association with lipids, and affect the HDL metabolism. 

Subunit:
Homodimer; disulfide-linked. Also forms a disulfide-linked heterodimer with APOD. Interacts with HCV core protein. Interacts with APOA1BP and NDRG1.

Subcellular Location:
Secreted.

Tissue Specificity:
Plasma; synthesized in the liver and intestine.

Post-translational modifications:
Met-49 is oxidized to methionine sulfoxide.
Phosphorylation sites are present in the extracellular medium.
Apolipoprotein A-II is O-glycosylated.

Similarity:
Belongs to the apolipoprotein A2 family.
