保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

ARHGEF7 is a p21-activated protein kinase (Pak)-interacting exchange factor that has been identified as a putative guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for Rac/Cdc42. It is expressed ubiquitously in all the tissue examined and other isoforms are expressed mainly in the central nervous system. Regulated phosphorylation of ARHGEF7 is necessary to maintain the balance between normal signalling by EGFR and Src versus aberrant growth and transformation. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene, but some of their full-length sequences have not been determined.

Function:
Acts as a RAC1 guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) and can induce membrane ruffling. May function as a positive regulator of apoptosis. May function in cell migration. Downstream of NMDA receptors and CaMKK-CaMK1 signaling cascade, promotes the formation of spines and synapses in hippocampal neurons.

Interacts with PAK kinases through the SH3 domain. Interacts with GIT1 and TGFB1I1. Interacts with ITCH (By similarity). Interacts with unphosphorylated PAK1. Interacts with SCRIB; interaction is direct and may play a role in regulation of apoptosis. Interacts with FRMPD4 (via N-terminus). Interacts with CaMK1.

Post-translational modifications:
Phosphorylated on Ser-694 by CaMK1; enhancement of GEF activity and downstream activation of RAC1.
