儲(chǔ) 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 background:
ASB10 is a member of the ankyrin repeat and SOCS box-containing (ASB) family of proteins. SOCS boxes are carboxy terminal regions of homology found in the suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS) family of proteins. The box region is thought to be the point of interaction between SOCS proteins and E3 ubiquitin ligases. The SOCS box couples the suppressor of cytokine signalling proteins and their binding partners with the elongin B and C complex, possibly targeting them for degradation.

Function:
May be a substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins (By similarity). 

Similarity:
Contains 7 ANK repeats.
Contains 1 SOCS box domain.
