保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 background:
FGF17 belongs to the heparin-binding growth factors family. It may be a signaling molecule in the induction and patterning of the embryonic brain and is preferentially expressed in the embryonic brain. There are two named isoforms.

Function:
Plays an important role in the regulation of embryonic development and as signaling molecule in the induction and patterning of the embryonic brain. Required for normal brain development. 

Subunit:
Interacts with FGFR3 and FGFR4. 

Subcellular Location:
Secreted. 

Tissue Specificity:
Preferentially expressed in the embryonic brain. 

Similarity:
Belongs to the heparin-binding growth factors family.
